ShipSignal In early development
ShipSignal is a Shopify app for made-to-order, preorder and backorder shops. It keeps your customers updated before their order ships, with automatic “still being made, on track for [date]” progress emails and proactive delay notices, so you get fewer “where's my order?” emails.
ShipSignal is in early development and isn't available on the Shopify App Store yet. Planned capabilities include:
- Marking products as made-to-order, preorder or backorder, with a lead time (planned)
- An estimated ship date for each order (planned)
- Scheduled progress emails and one-click delay notices (planned)
- A status block on the order status page (planned)
